I ordered The men’s black slippery sandal with toe out in black Only to receive a whole, totally different pair of shoes and color
I received a tan sandal no where near to what I ordered
I have ordered from them multiple times and this is the first time I’ve had an issue. I was very disappointed.
The only option they wanted to provide was for me to return the sandals, they provided a return label that needed to be printed out. I had to go pay to have it, put it out to return it back to them and then re-order. I was very poor customer service there should’ve been an option where they could provide me a discount on the shoe that I had originally ordered And then ship me a return label instead I had to ask for a discount The only thing they wanted to provide was 20% off
