Answer: We are located and we ship out of Newark, NJ.

Question: How long does it take to ship my order?

Answer: We usually ship within one business day. If you don't get an email after one day of placing the order, please contact us to check if there is a problem with your order. (we try to ensure that that doesn't happen)

Question: How much do you charge for shipping?

Answer: Ground Shipping is $7.50. Expedited Shipping (3 business days) is $19.99. We also offer free shipping on orders $75 and over. You are able to select one of these options at checkout.

Question: Where do you ship?

Answer: We ship to any address in the USA and its territories.

Question: What is the return policy?

Answer: You may return all new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not pay for return shipping, except if the reason for the return is an error on our side. e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

Question: How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Answer: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Question: How do I process my return?

Answer: If you need to return an item, here's our return center to process all your returns or exchanges.

Question: Can I get a shirt size that is different from the matching size? e.g. getting a 46 regular with a 36" waist pants, or an XL shirt with a 36" waist pants.

Answer: Unfortunately we can't separate the pants from the shirt. We buy them as sets, and sell them as is.

Question: Can SuitsAndMore.com tailor my suit, pants or any other garment?

Answer: In our experience, it is unlikely to get the tailoring right without the customer showing us exactly where to tailor, so we don't do any tailoring.
