    What happened

    I was having a hard time tracking the package, thought that was a little weird, but ok. Then when the box arrived at my neighbors house, it was damaged. Squished & the box itself was crinkled up like an accordion. The package had obviously been opened & retaped. I toole pictures. The hat itself was also squished, I need the hat for an event next week or else I would have made an issue. I was able to steam some of the crinkled out, but it was very unprofessional.
