Ordered Twice, Sent Wrong Blazer Twice

I ordered this orange floral blazer and thr blazer that was sent was not the blazer pictured. I emailed and asked for an exchange. They sent me a return slip. Never sent the exchange but did refund my money. I really wanted this blazer for a wedding I was going to in Portugal so I ordered it again. Again, they sent me the wrong blazer. It is not at all what is pictured. It said final sale and so I cannot return it and cannot get anyone from the company to answer my email or contact. Pictured is the blazer they sent both times. No floral print and it’s peach. Not orange.
