RETURN POLICY

You can return all new, unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The items should not be worn, torn, altered or missing any of the original packaging and tags. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

We do not pay for return shipping, except if the reason for the return is an error on our side. e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

We do offer return shipping for $9.99 per item returned. You can request a return here and we will get back to you within one hour (regular business hours, Monday through Thursday) with a price and a label.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer 14 days, from delivery date, hassle free exchanges. Contact us with the details of what you would like to exchange, and for which items you would like to exchange them for. The new exchanged items will be shipped within 3 business days. RETURN SHIPPING TO US IS NOT COVERED BY US.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1) EMAIL US

Email us with your order number and your reason for returning. We will get back to you within  one hour (regular business hours, Monday through Thursday) with return instruction.

2) RETURN

Ship your package package back to us, unused, with its original tags and bags, in the original box within 14 days from delivery.  Please include a copy of your order receipt in the box.

3) REFUND

We will inspect your return within one business day, evaluate the condition the returned items are in, and refund your order based on the above.

You should expect to receive your refund within two business days of your package being delivered to our warehouse. If it takes longer than that, please contact us
