shoes didnt fit;ordered size 13;couldnt get foot in shoe,size 14 wasnt available,normally i wear 13

Ordered the shoes, never got sent, sent several emails because my sons event that he needed the shoes for was coming up, Moses emailed back they were on holiday if I wanted to cancel email order number. Sent probably ten emails back and guess what. Order was never cancelled & yes I got the shoes. Four days after my sons dance. Useless! Only needed for this event. Would not recommend and will be making several reviews to warn others.
